Application for Approval to Purchase Subsidized Diesel SUBSIDIZED DIESEL CONTROL SYSTEM (SDCS)
Applications for approval to purchase subsidized diesel using a ‘Multiple Fleetcard’ for new applications, additional vehicles, and changes in oil companies can be made online by companies/individuals by visiting the website:

ELIGIBLE VEHICLE TYPES FOR SUBSIDY
Eligibility Requirements for the Subsidized Diesel Control Scheme (SDCS)
Vehicle owners, i.e., individuals or representatives of companies (at least at the Executive level), can conduct transactions with KPDN.
Vehicles eligible to apply for subsidized diesel are subject only to the allowed categories.
‘Runners’ are not permitted to deal with KPDN.
All companies/individuals qualifying to purchase subsidized diesel using a fleetcard must adhere to the following conditions:
The approved amount of subsidized diesel is for use in vehicles that are either owned by the applicant or registered under the applicant's company only.
Provide complete and accurate information or explanations requested by KPDN.
Subsidy holders are required to notify KPDN of any changes to their transportation operations, such as changes in bus ownership or other operational adjustments.
Comply with all conditions set from time to time by KPDN.
Meet the requirements and terms set by the oil companies issuing the fleetcards.
KPDN reserves the right to review or revoke approval if the subsidy holder fails to adhere to any of the above conditions.
